CLASS INSTRUCTIONS:
Instructions for the session:

  • 1. Links to the session will be emailed to you once the registration is completed. Don’t share the meeting id & password with others.
  • 2. Download: Zoom application: https://zoom.us/support/download
  • 3. Please login in to the zoom with the same user name you registered for the class. Participants with different names won’t be allowed to join the meeting.
  • 4. Please join the session 10 minutes before the start time.
    Participants will not be admitted after the first 10 minutes of the session.
    If there is any internet disconnection, please join again with the same username so the admin will allow you back.
  • 5. Please use the Laptop/ Tablet/ TV have a much better view of the class.
  • 6. Turn on your camera and keep your device approximately 4 to 5 feet away from your yoga mat and position your yoga mat horizontally in front of the device. Participants who do not turn on their video camera will be removed by the host.
  • Note: Santhosham 🙏🏼. As per Gurumahan's wish, We are pleased to inform you that those registered for All 18 days and Selected Days are allowed to come in OTHER TIMESLOTS on the SAME DAY if they are really NOT ABLE to make it in their registered timeslots. However, kindly stick to your registered timeslots as much as possible, for our admin convenience Thanks for your understanding. Santhosham 🙏🏼.

    • Recommendations for the class:

    • 1. Please find a suitable place in your home to meditate peacefully.
    • 2. Please do not eat for at least 2 hours before the session starts
    • 3. Wear comfortable white dress (Mandatory) suitable for a group session. No shorts, sleeveless, shorts / bermudas please.

    வகுப்பில் இணைந்து கொள்வதற்கான கட்டாய வழிமுறைகள்:

    • 1. வகுப்பிற்க்கான முன்பதிவு முடிந்தவுடன் வகுப்பில் இணைந்து கொள்வதற்கான ஜூம் செயலி(Zoom App) அல்லது ஜூம் இணையதள (Zoom Web) முகவரி தங்கள் மின்னஞ்சல் (ஈமெயில்) முகவரிக்கு அனுப்பி வைக்கப்படும். இதை மற்றவர்களுடன் பகிர்ந்து கொள்ள அனுமதி கிடையாது.
    • 2. கைப்பேசிக்கான (மொபைல்) ஜூம் செயலியை(Zoom App) கீழ்க்கண்ட இணையதளத்தில் தரைவிறக்கம் (டவுன்லோடு) செய்து கொள்ளலாம்: https://zoom.us/support/download
    • 3. தாங்கள் எந்த பெயரில் முன்பதிவு செய்தீர்களோ அதே பெயரில் வகுப்பின் பொழுது இணைந்து கொள்ளவும். வேறு பெயரில் இணையும் பொழுது அனுமதி மறுக்கப்படும். வகுப்பில் இணைவதற்கு முன் தங்கள் பெயரை ஜூம் செயலி (Zoom App) அல்லது ஜூம் இணையதளத்தில் (Zoom Web) சரி செய்து கொள்ளவும்
    • 4. வகுப்பு தொடங்குவதற்கு பத்து நிமிடங்கள் முன்னதாகவே இணைந்து கொள்ளவும்.
      வகுப்பு தொடங்கி பத்து நிமிடங்கள் கழித்து வகுப்பில் இணைந்து கொள்ள அனுமதி அளிக்கப்படாது.
      ஏதேனும் இணைய துண்டிப்பு இருந்தால், நீங்கள் அதே பெயருடன் மீண்டும் இணைந்தால் உங்களுக்கு அனுமதி அளிக்கப்படும்.
    • 5. முடிந்தால் வகுப்பிற்கு பெரிய திரை கொண்ட கணினி (கம்ப்யூட்டர்) அல்லது மடிக்கணிணி (லேப்டாப்/ஐபாடு) பயன்படுத்தவும்.
    • 6. வகுப்பிற்கு, தங்கள் காணொளி (வீடியோ) கட்டாயம். தங்கள் காணொளி (வீடியோ) இல்லாமல் வகுப்பில் பங்குபெற அனுமதி கிடையாது.
    • 7. வகுப்பின்பொழுது தங்கள் கணினி (கம்ப்யூட்டர்) அல்லது கைபேசியை (மொபைல்) நாலு அல்லது ஐந்து அடி தள்ளி வைத்து கொள்ளவும். கைபேசியை கிடைமட்டமாக (நீளவாக்கில்) வைத்து கொள்ளுதல் சிறந்தது.
    • குறிப்பு: சந்தோசம்🙏🏼 ( All 18 days) 18 நாள் மற்றும் (Selected Days) குறிப்பிட்ட நாட்கள் மட்டும் தவ வேள்வியில் கலந்து கொள்ள பதிவு செய்தவர்கள் தாங்கள் பதிவு செய்த குறிப்பிட்ட நேரங்களில் ஏதாவது சூழலில் கலந்துகொள்ள இயலவில்லை என்றால் அதே நாளில் வேறு ஒரு நேரத்தில் கலந்து கொள்ளலாம். நம் குருமகான் அவர்கள் கருணையோடு இதை அனுமதிக்குமாறு அருளி இருக்கிறார் கூடுமானவரை பதிவு செய்த நேரத்திலேயே கலந்து கொள்வது zoom வகுப்புகளை சிறப்பாக நடத்துவதற்கு மிகவும் உதவியாக இருக்கும். தங்கள் புரிதலுக்கு நன்றி சந்தோசம்🙏🏼

    வகுப்பிற்க்கான பரிந்துரைகள் :

    • 1. தங்கள் இல்லத்தில் அமைதியான முறையில் தியானம் செய்வதற்கு ஏற்ற இடத்தை தேர்வு செய்து கொள்ளவும்.
    • 2. வகுப்பு தொடங்கும் இரண்டு மணி நேரத்திற்குள்ளாக உணவு உண்பதை தவிர்க்கவும்.
    • 3. பயிற்சிகள் செய்வதற்கு ஏற்ற தூய்மையான வெள்ளை ஆடை அணிதல் அவசியம். தயவு செய்து அரைக்கால் சட்டை மற்றும் கையில்லாத மேலாடை அணிவதை தவிர்க்கவும்.
