Just after few days of online velvi with guided meditation by Gurumahan, we are flooded with overwhelming Divine experiences from disciples from all over the world

The Yoga exercise was good with all the breathing technique, although I was unable to participate in few exercises due to knee prblm but I still gain the lightness of the body after completing it...Tqvm Sundaraman Ji for a very intense breathing technique shared. Regards to the mediation session... Totally felt light body The vibration was too high at my crown chakra Felt total bliss, no word to express only tears..... இன்றைய பயிற்சிகள் உடலையும் ஆதார மையங்களையும் நன்கு தூய்மை செய்ததோடு உணர்விலும் ஒன்றைச் செய்தது குரு மகானின்அருளுரையால் கடவுள் ஆண்டவன் பற்றிய விளக்கம் ஜீவ சக்தியை எப்படி மேல்ஏற்றுவது என்பது போன்ற விளக்கங்கள் மேலும் தியானத்தில் ஆழ்ந்து செல்லவும் முடிந்தது. ப்ரணவாலயத்தில் தவம் செய்தது போல் இருக்கிறது. அமைதியான உருக்கமான தியானம். இந்த வாய்ப்பை ந ல்கிய குரு மகானுக்கு கோடானு கோடி நன்றி கள். இந்த வாய்ப்பை பயன்படுத்தி மேலும் மேலும் என்னை உயர்த்திக் கொண்டு பரஞ்ஜோதியுடன் ஒன்று கலந்து சந்தோஷம் அடைந்தேன். சந்தோஷம் 🙏🙏

சற்குருவே சரணம் சந்தோஷம். தவத்தில் ஆழ்ந்து செல்ல முடிந்தது. உச்சியில் நல்ல உணர்வை உணர்ந்தேன். எனக்குள் என்னை பார்ப்பது போல் உணர்வு ஏற்பட்டது. உச்சியில் ஒளி வட்டம் உணர்வு உணர்ந்தேன். உன் வாழ்வே தவ வாழ்வு போன்றவை குருமகான் அருளால் தோன்றின. நன்றியுடன் சற்குருவே சரணம் சந்தோஷம்.

தவம் செய்யவேண்டும் என்ற பொறுப்புணர்வைப் பெற்றேன். சற்குருவின் பேரன்பு என்னுள் உச்சி உணர்வாய் மலர்ந்தது. வாழும் ஒவ்வொரு கணமும் குரு உணர்வில் லயிக்கணும். பேராசை குருமகான் 18 நாட்களில் என் சாமி என்குரு எனக்கு தந்தருள்வார். என் பிறப்பை பயனை உணரவைத்த குருவின் திருப்பாதங்கள் என்னை பாதுகாத்தே தீரும். நன்றி குருமகான்.
